Post-Construction Cleaning, done right
The key with post-reno dust is that one pass never does it. It lifts into the air, resettles, and comes back — so we work top-down and go over floors and surfaces more than once, letting things settle between passes so you're not finding a gray film a week later.
Timing matters. The clean works best once the trades are finished and out of the space, so nothing gets re-dusted right after we leave. If it's a bigger project, we can do a rough pass mid-way and a full detail at the end.
New finishes need a careful hand — fresh paint, new cabinetry, new floors and glass all clean differently than old ones. We treat them gently so nothing gets scratched or dulled on the way to spotless.

Should you come during or after construction?
After, once the trades are finished and out of the space, so nothing gets re-dusted. On larger projects we can do a rough mid-project pass and a full detail at the end.
Do you remove construction debris?
We handle light debris and the fine dust and mess left behind. Large-scale haul-away or dumpster loads are outside what we do — that's a job for the contractor.
Why do the floors need multiple passes?
Construction dust is fine enough to lift back into the air and resettle. Working top-down and going over floors more than once keeps that gray film from reappearing days later.
Do you clean the new cabinets and fixtures?
Yes — new cabinets inside and out, sills, tracks, fixtures, and glass, all with a careful hand so the fresh finishes aren't scratched or dulled.
