I work with plenty of homeowners, and I'm glad to coordinate with realtors and landlords directly when that's easier for everyone. Tell me the closing or hand-off date and we'll build the clean around it.
It works best on an empty or nearly empty home, so we can get into every corner. If there's still some furniture in place, that's fine — just let me know and we'll plan for it.
